Beginning on Monday, April 4th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., I will be offering QIGONG classes. QIGONG is a series of slow, gentle moments designed for self-healing. It can help improve health by relieving stress and anxiety. Benefits include increased flexibility, deeper concentration and a lifting of the spirit. We will focus on the 18 Lohan Hands, a moving meditation. The class also includes seated meditation to clear the mind and calm the soul.
