I am happy to announce that I will be offering two new classes at my home studio! Here are the details:
Combining the disciplines of yoga, qigong and meditation, this class is the perfect place for beginners! You will learn to increase strength, stamina and flexibility as well as how to sharpen your focus and deepen your concentration.
This powerful form of yoga, created by Ana Forrest, focuses on strength, breath, integrity and spirit. Learn to breathe deeply, wake up your core with abdominal work and hold poses longer in sequences.

Relaxing and invigorating, Qigong (pronounced chee kung) is similar to tai chi in that it is a meditative movement practice designed to help clear your mind and body of stress and anxiety. The class consists of a set of simple qigong warm up exercises, learning the 18 Lohan Hands — an ancient form handed down from the Shaolin Temple in China — and ends with meditation.
