I am excited to begin another series of Fitness Fusion at the Cold Spring Harbor Library beginning on Friday, November 18th from 11:15-12:15. This class combines the disciplines of yoga, qigong and meditation. It’s a healthy way to alleviate anxiety and stress while building strength, stamina and flexibility.
