Harbor Fields Library
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, combining yoga, qigong and meditation. You will be introduced to qigong exercises and walks, basic yoga postures, sculpting and toning exercises and mindfulness meditation techniques designed to reduce stress. Register in person at the library.
