NEW CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday Mornings
QIGONG
9:30-10:30 a.m.
$20 per class

Relaxing and invigorating, qigong (pronounced chee kung) is similar to tai chi in that it is a meditative movement practice designed to help clear your mind and body of stress and anxiety.  You will also increase strength and flexibility.  The class consists of a set of simple qigong warmup exercises, followed by practicing  the 18 Lohan Hands — an ancient Chinese form handed down from the Shaolin Temple — and ends with meditation.  Email me for location (dmandrakos@aol.com)

Tuesday Evenings
