Hope you had a fun, relaxing summer.  Now that fall is right around the corner, I wanted to keep you up-to-date on the classes I am teaching, many of which are starting up in September and October.   See you soon!

MONDAYS

QiGong
$20 pay per class

A six-week introductory class to Forrest Yoga, a revolutionary style of yoga designed for modern life.  The four pillars of the practice are STRENGTH, SPIRIT, BREATH and INTEGRITY. Register in person at the library or online beginning on September 5th for residents, September 12th for non-residents.

Fitness Fusion
