QIGONG

$20 per class
Focusing on the 18 Lohan Hands complete form, together we break down different parts of the form.  This class is for those of you looking for a nurturing space to continue your qigong practice and go deeper. Class time is also devoted to qigong exercises, mat work and meditation.

Combining the disciplines of yoga, qigong and meditation, this introductory eight week class is the perfect place for beginners! More experienced practitioners can brush up on the basics and sharpen your skills as well.
